One night only! As a part of All Out SF, The CJM is open until 8pm for Arts Night Out on Thursday, October 20. Join us after work to see the newly opened photography exhibition Gillian Laub: Family Matters, exploring the complexities, challenges, and resilience of family dynamics during a time of deep political fracture and pandemic isolation. Balancing humor with horror, Laub offers a picture of an American family saga that feels both anguished and hopeful—and asks what, in the end, really binds us together.
Plus, discover the work of thirty Bay Area artists responding to the idea of repair in Tikkun: For the Cosmos, the Community, and Ourselves. And, finally, don’t miss Oz is for Oznowicz: A Puppet Family's History, showcasing hand carved marionettes carved and costumed by the parents of legendary film director and puppeteer Frank Oz (Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Yoda).
A general admission ticket is required to attend. Become a Member to receive free admission. We recommend all visitors book their timed tickets online in advance.
All Out SF is a week-long celebration of San Francisco and all the ways to make it even better.
