Register today to reserve your kit (available while supplies last), and choose from several Bay Area locations to pick up from on Thursday, December 2. Then, join us live via Zoom on Sunday, December 5 to hang out, create, and celebrate with us!

Can’t make it to the live event? Grab an ArtKit at one of the locations and join in the fun by visiting our Stories page and watch the recorded session starting on December 10, 2021.

If you can't make the trip to grab an ArtKit, you can still gather the supplies* and tune in to create with us! You’ll still need to register to attend the live Zoom event

How to attend

This online program is free, and advanced registration is required. Please register via the link below. During registration, you will also be asked how many ArtKits you would like to reserve, and which location you will pick up from.

Accessibility

The CJM strives to provide a welcoming and accessible environment to all who attend our digital programming and online content. Live ASL interpretation will be included for this program. If you will be utilizing the live interpretation, please contact access@thecjm.org to let us know, or for any other questions or requests.

ArtKit Pickup

Thursday, December 2 | 2–5PM*

The CJM will provide an ArtKit containing project supplies that you can pick up at your choice of several locations throughout the Bay Area. ArtKits are limited to one per person.

ArtBash Live

Sunday, December 5 | 10–11am 

Tune in via Zoom on Sunday, December 5 at 10am with your ArtKit supplies for a live, guided art-making session. The virtual session will also be recorded and posted on our Stories page by December 10, 2021.

What's in the Artkit?

If you can’t make the trip to pick up an ArtKit, you can still gather the following supplies and tune in to create with us! The ArtKit includes: 

  • One small cardboard circle  
  • 3 yards of colorful yarn (we will be using glow-in-the-dark yarn!) 
  • 5 4”x4” white cardstock squares 
  • 5 4’’x4’’ black cardstock squares 
  • Assortment of black and white plain paper 
  • Glue stick 
  • White crayons  
  • Black watercolor paint 
  • Paint brush
  • 4"x4"x4" gift box
  • Battery-operated tea light

Gather from home: 

  • Scissors 
  • Water (for watercolor) 
  • A cover for your workspace
