Amy Kritzer is a writer, recipe developer, cooking teacher and founder of the cooking blog What Jew Wanna Eat. What Jew Wanna Eat provides traditional Jewish recipes with a modern twist in ingredients and presentation. Amy got her start cooking tasty Jewish treats with her Bubbe, growing up in Connecticut, and then made the leap and attended Le Cordon Bleu culinary school to hone her cooking skills and work on her passion for Jewish food.
