ArtKit Pickup: December 5–15, 2024; Instructional guide available starting December 5, 2024
ADMISSION: This is a free at-home project. ArtKits containing project supplies are free; one ArtKit recommended per participant.
The CJM proudly presents this year’s annual Hannukah ArtBash, featuring a guided art project that expands upon the Hanukkah tradition of placing a menorah in one's window to share Jewish pride. Pick up an ArtKit filled with all the supplies you’ll need to create your own Jewish backpack charm, and share your Jewish pride in a charm-ing new way!
Get ready to break open your ArtKit for a unique art experience with your loved ones. Gather with friends and family on any night of Hanukkah you choose and follow along with our instructional guide to create a fun and playful new backpack adornment.
This project is geared toward ages 4–12 and is not suitable for children 3 and under due to the inclusion of small parts.
Hanukkah begins on the evening of Wednesday, December 25, 2024 (in the Jewish calendar, on the 25th of Chesvan, 5785) and lasts eight nights and days.
There is no need to reserve ArtKits before picking them up.
Kits will be available while supplies last.
Please pick up one ArtKit per participant (if you have multiple children, make sure to take one for each child). Limit of five ArtKits per pick-up. The ArtKit is meant to be enjoyed on Hanukkah during gatherings for family and friends.
