Calling all kids (ages 5–18): we want to hear your jokes! In conjunction with the exhibition Roz Chast: Cartoon Memoirs The CJM is making a video of kids telling jokes to be screened in the Zim Zoom Family Room. Come with your best joke for a chance to be included in the first ever Kid Comics at The CJM.
Kid Comics at The CJM is part of A CJM Family Day: Celebrating Authors Big and Small, an annual celebration of books and reading, presented in partnership with the San Francisco Public Library, SF Center for the Book, and San Francisco SPCA’s Puppy Dog Tales. Create art, listen to stories, view books created by students, and enjoy an acrobatic musical storytelling performance!
For more information and to register for Kid Comics at The CJM, email families@thecjm.org.
Family Programs are made possible with presenting partnership by the Horace W. Goldsmith Foundation. Major support comes from Bank of America and the Koret Foundation. Additional support comes from Dick Blick Art Materials.
