RadioCJM Presents David Freeman

RadioCJM presents a performance by talented percussionist David Freeman, accompanied by sitar player Mustafa Bhagat. Drums are the cornerstone of Freeman’s sweeping compositions—but it’s the way in which he weaves together the musical traditions of Indian raga, folk, jazz, and the musical melting pot of New York that draws listeners into a bountiful world of textures and sounds. This program was presented in partnership with Asylum Arts.

This performance was originally presented via Zoom on September 25, 2020.
