Generation to Generation, Poet to Poet

For the public program Generation to Generation: Poet to Poet, poets were paired with selected works of art in the exhibit From Generation to Generation: Inherited Memory and Contemporary Art, on view Nov 25, 2016–Apr 2, 2017 at The Contemporary Jewish Museum.

The paired artist and poet share the same cultural or ethnic background, and both wrestled with many of the same complicated ideas and stories.
