Discover the transformative power of dance by joining this movement class taught by Marika Brussel. This class is appropriate for everyone who enjoys movement, and is specifically designed to be accessible for individuals who use wheelchairs, those with balance concerns, or with Parkinson’s. Using live music, the class begins seated, warming up both body and mind. As the class progresses participants can stand or stay seated as we continue to hone balance, grace, and confidence.
