Discover the transformative power of dance by joining this movement class for adults and seniors of all abilities, taught by Marika Brussel. This class is appropriate for people in wheelchairs, those with balance concerns, Parkinson’s, and other movement challenges. Using live music, the class begins seated, warming up both body and mind. As the class progresses participants can stand or stay seated as we continue to hone balance, grace, and confidence.
Free with advance registration to access@thecjm.org, or call 415.655.7856.
